Carversville United Church of Christ is a small congregation that strives to know God’s will for us in a complicated world. We know each other and care about each other.
The United Church of Christ (UCC) is a progressive Protestant tradition with roots in colonial America. It came into being in 1957 with the union of two Protestant denominations: the Evangelical and Reformed Church and the Congregational Christian Churches.
During this extraordinary time, we are all being called upon to protect our health, the health of those we love and cherish, and the health of our world. We are all making changes – difficult changes – to adjust to a new “norm” of daily life.
As we become more isolated physically, our mental, emotional and spiritual health can suffer. We don’t want that to happen to anyone in our church family. To help you stay healthy and connected, you can access our Sunday services here, in what we’re calling our Virtual Village Church until this restrictive time is over.
Together, we are members of Christ’s body, and we will get through this together. May we all know God’s continuing grace and peace in our lives.
