Traveling Nativity Baskets

Looking for a way to slow down and savor Advent with your children? Try booking some time with one of our Traveling Nativity Baskets. Each comes complete with a toy nativity set, a Christmas Story book for young children and a ROTA of families who will be taking turns with the Basket to share the Christmas story with their young children. For more fun, feel free to add greetings, drawings and/or pictures to the basket to share with the next family to use it. Baskets will travel back to Carversville UCC in time for display at the Christmas Eve Carol Service. Contact us to schedule the pickup of your nativity basket.

Sacred Adventure Boxes

Looking to expand your ability to access your own Sacred Story? Storytelling – like all the creative arts – helps us bypass our overworked intellect, going straight to the heart of the matter. Join us for a Saturday workshop in accessing our own Sacred Story and building an Adventure Box to hold and to share it. No previous art skills required. Suggested donation of $10 to cover the cost of materials. Please contact us for a time to schedule a Saturday workshop.
